SaaS Products
We build and operate complete software products — not just the front end, but the admin tools, integrations, documentation, and everything an operator needs to actually run the thing.
SaaS products, ServiceM8 integrations, and custom web systems — designed, built, and deployed from the ground up.

We don't spread thin across everything. We focus on digital systems that solve real problems — and we see every project all the way from brief to live.
We build and operate complete software products — not just the front end, but the admin tools, integrations, documentation, and everything an operator needs to actually run the thing.
Custom booking portals, client-facing job flows, and operational tooling for trades businesses on ServiceM8. We build what the platform doesn't give you — branded, purpose-built, and wired into your workflow.
Booking systems, staff portals, incident management tools, and admin dashboards. If your business has a real operational problem, we build the tool that solves it — not a template with your logo dropped in.
Every project here is in production — actively used, iterated on, and supported. We don't show concepts or mockups of what we might build.
SaaS · Hospitality · NZ-wide
A QR table-ordering platform for NZ cafés and restaurants — customers scan, order, and pay from their phone, the kitchen sees it instantly. No app download, no commissions, no third-party in the middle.
Behind the front end is a complete operating ecosystem: real-time kitchen admin, multi-venue management, a super-admin platform, a partner ad network, and a full library of operational documentation for venue owners.
Web · Brand · Wairarapa
Brand identity and website for a premium custom joinery and fine spray-finishing studio. Sharp workshop aesthetic, deliberate premium positioning — built to attract clients who value quality over price.
The standout feature is the Colour Studio: an interactive tool that lets clients explore and visualise professional finishes before committing. It's become a genuine sales tool, building confidence and shortening the path to an enquiry.
Web · ServiceM8 · Wairarapa
End-to-end digital presence for an established trades business. The website does the job it's supposed to — credible, clear, and built to convert — while the backend tooling connects directly to how the business actually operates.
The ServiceM8 booking integration takes enquiries from the website and drops them straight into the job queue. The Job Estimator gives customers a transparent cost guide upfront, reducing back-and-forth before a job even starts.
SaaS · Trades Marketplace · NZ-wide
A trades marketplace built from the inside of the industry. Tradies create verified profiles with portfolios and reviews. Clients post jobs and connect directly with the right person — no commission, no auction, no middleman taking a cut.
The platform includes a full community forum, a searchable tradie directory filtered by trade and district, an interest and pitch system so tradies can put their best foot forward, and an admin layer for moderation and oversight.
Bryan White isn't a typical web developer. He doesn't come from an agency. He comes from 35 years of building, managing, and delivering real systems for organisations that couldn't afford them to fail.
He started his career in construction — trained in carpentry, working on site — before moving into IT in 1989 as a systems engineer at Epson UK. What followed was three decades of enterprise IT delivery across some of the UK's most demanding environments: Virgin Atlantic. The London Underground. IBM. Financial services, logistics, retail, manufacturing. When he moved to New Zealand, the organisations got bigger: Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Carestream Health, and finally the Earthquake Commission, where he finished as Manager of Business Services — overseeing IT service delivery, facilities, and health and safety across the organisation's national operation.
Along the way: CNE, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA. PRINCE2. NEBOSH. Lean Six Sigma. Not collected for the sake of it — each one earned in the context of a job that needed it done.
At 50, he stepped back from corporate IT. He picked the tools back up, became the Wairarapa Handyman, and started noticing something: most small trades businesses were running on digital systems that were nowhere near fit for purpose. Booking forms that didn't connect to anything. Websites built by someone who'd never been on a job site. No operational thinking. No service design. Just a page that existed.
LivewireSolutions is the answer to that. Enterprise-grade thinking applied to real businesses — platforms, integrations, and operational tooling built by someone who has delivered at national government scale and also knows what a job site looks like at 7am.
The credentials are real. The perspective is rarer.
